How does this work?

Every few days I hope to pick up a book and let it teach.  There may be relevance to a personal past, present, future or a confluence of all three historical timelines.  Who knows.

The teachings are in bold, italics and blue font.  The teachers identified in the first of their quotes which may be a word, a phrase, a sentence or two.  Where possible, the book will be featured in the sidebar.  Please read the “Amazon Associates” disclaimer in the lower sidebar too.

At last count there are about 140 books by Zen teachers on the shelves, the floor, the tabletops.  Of course, there are as many books by Theravadin, Tibetan, Insight and other teachers too.  All together, they emerge as 108 Zen Books.
